There first thing you need to know about fat is that not all body fat is bad. Body fat is needed by the body for a host of vital functions such as regulating body temperature or insulating your internal organs and bones. My Favorite Cardio Exercises To Lose Belly Fat

Having belly fat and losing it are obviously two different things altogether. It is such a tough challenge today seeing how easily we can put on belly fat, yet trying to lose it seems to work for some people while remaining so elusive for others. Now, having quite a bit of belly fat myself before, I don’t claim to have all the answers. What I do know is that there is no magic pill to swallow or crash diet to follow. While common sense points to some basics like a proper diet, good nutrition, and effective exercise, I would like to share the 3rd point with you today which is on exercise, and how I do cardio for losing fat.

So before I go into the specific cardio exercises, allow me to fill you in on what cardio actually is for your benefit. Cardio basically refers to aerobic exercise where you push your heart rate to at least 70-80% of your maximum, so it is basically a medium to high-intensity exercise. The whole idea here is to get your heart rate up high enough to the right level not only to burn fat, but to build up your cardiovascular fitness which would help you exercise more easily in the longer run, and your metabolic rate as well which helps you burn up fat and calories more quickly.

One of the hardest things for me to do is shed and lose belly fat around my waistline and get those six pack abs. Everybody wants to look as good as they can but no matter what we do, no matter how many sit-ups, crunches and diet and weight loss gimmicks we try, we never seem to be able to achieve the perfect body that we want.
